About Christina

Hi. Hello. Welcome! Christina Miralla is Texas-based creative who hails from New York by way of Florida.

As a classic millennial, she is a multi-passionate creative. She became an improv actor with the Murder Mystery Company in 2014 and her love of live theater led her to the stage where she appeared in the Grand Prairie Arts Council’s adaptation of Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street.

Christina’s commercial, print and film highlights include appearances in campaigns for Cisco WebEx, Wells Fargo, Indeed, Fogo de Chao, QWO, Herbalife, Lake Austin Spa and Feeding Texas. She appeared in the indie films Downplayed and Faithful Witness. Christina was a featured model in the October 2020 issue of Zulores Magazine and has been a co-host for the podcast and sketch platform Crazy Ass Dates since 2020.

Christina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of South Florida and a Master of Science in Journalism from the University of North Texas. She was a Florida Bright Futures scholarship recipient and a National Association for Hispanic Journalists (NAHJ) Rubén Salazar Scholarship recipient during her collegiate years. She worked as a newsroom journalist before transitioning to more artistic pursuits.

When she’s not on set, Christina works as a digital marketing expert and even graduated from General Assembly’s front-end web development class in 2019. You can even catch her speaking about the ins and outs of digital marketing at events across the country.

Christina is a 2021 graduate of the New Leaders Council Institute. She volunteered with 48in48 during the organization’s Social Justice event, which brought digital experts together virtually to build free nonprofit websites in 48 hours.

When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling anywhere scenic to explore new parts of the world. Christina enjoys spending her downtime with her two rescue dogs, spouse, and volunteering for causes she cares about, which include playing flag football for Alzheimer’s research and pushing her physical limits in competitive fitness.

She’s currently studying to attain her yoga teacher certification and training for a triathlon. Christina can currently be seen every Friday at 7 p.m. CT on Shop LIT Live hosting a weekly livestream show about her favorite finds.
